    That way, you ensure my availability for your due date and we have lots of time to develop a relationship.

  • In my opinion, you absolutely still need a doula!

    Not only am I there to support you, but your partner as well. We also work together as a team to support you.

    Just ask my partner - he’ll tell you how beneficial it was for him to have a doula for the birth of our daughter.

  • When we don’t process our trauma, it is stored in our body and can cause us physical and psychological pain, even if we don’t recognize it or make the connection.

    It is never too late for therapy!

  • Absolutely!

    I have worked in mental health for 15 years and have a great deal of experience with anxiety, depression, grief, stress, self-worth/body image, and relationship and family issues, just to name a few.
